Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship across Pakistan. Every order is packed and dispatched from our shop in Karachi.

Delivery time

Orders are shipped within 4–5 working days. Working days are Monday to Saturday and do not include public holidays. Large or bulk orders for schools and offices may take longer — we will tell you the timeline before we dispatch.

Order processing

Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation. We check and pack every order in the shop before it leaves us. If an item in your order is unavailable we will contact you before dispatching the rest.

Tracking

A tracking number is shared with you as soon as your parcel leaves our shop, so you can follow it to your door.

Shipping charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address, and are shown to you before you pay.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your delivery address and phone number before placing the order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was reachable on the given number, re-delivery may be charged again.

Bulk and institutional orders

For classroom, school or office quantities, send us your list and we will quote the order and confirm a delivery schedule with you directly.
